Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Little Darling Events. By booking services, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Retainer
- A $250 non-refundable planning retainer and a signed agreement are required to secure your event date.
- Event dates are not held without both the signed agreement and retainer payment.
- The planning retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Payment Schedule
All events require three (3) payments.
Retainer Payment
A $250 non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure the event date.
Design & Planning Payment
Fifty percent (50%) of the package price is due fourteen (14) days after booking. Design and planning work will begin once this payment is received.
Final Payment
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the package price is due twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date.
Failure to submit payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of services. Little Darling Events reserves the right to cease work if payment terms are not met. For events booked less than thirty (30) days in advance, adjusted payment deadlines may apply.
Cancellations
- The $250 planning retainer is non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs before the second payment is due, no additional payment is required beyond the retainer.
- If cancellation occurs after the second payment has been made, that payment is non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date, all payments made are non-refundable.
Venue Responsibility
Clients are responsible for securing their event venue. Clients must ensure adequate space, access, and setup time for event installation. Venue restrictions, delays, or limitations may impact setup and overall design. Little Darling Events is not responsible for venue-related limitations or policies.
Food & Catering
Little Darling Events does not provide food, cake, or catering services. Clients are responsible for arranging all food and beverage services. Styling of food and dessert tables may be included based on the selected package.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to the event. Clients must ensure venue access during agreed setup and breakdown windows.
Weather Policy
For outdoor events, Little Darling Events is not responsible for weather-related disruptions or damage. Clients are responsible for securing backup indoor arrangements when necessary.
Damage to Rentals & Decor
Clients are responsible for any damage to rented or styled items caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff. Replacement or repair costs may be charged for damaged items.
Photography & Marketing
Little Darling Events reserves the right to photograph event setups and design installations for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Vendor Responsibility Clause
Little Darling Events is not responsible for the performance, services, or actions of third-party vendors hired by the client.
